Imagine having a piece of jewelry that you never have to take off—one that perfectly complements every outfit and occasion. We’re thrilled to introduce our new service - permanent jewelry!
Permanent jewelry refers to custom-fit pieces like bracelets, anklets, or necklaces that are welded or closed permanently, meaning they don’t have a traditional clasp. These pieces are designed to be worn continuously and are often delicate and minimalist.
The jewelry is custom-sized and then welded closed directly on the client’s body using a small, painless welding device. The process is quick, and clients usually feel little to no discomfort.
While it’s designed to be worn continuously, permanent jewelry can be removed if needed. A simple cut with scissors or wire cutters will break the chain, and the jewelry can be reattached if desired. If you need to remove the jewelry temporarily (for medical procedures or other reasons), you can cut it off and later have it reattached.
Yes, you can go through airport security with permanent jewelry. The materials used are typically non-reactive and won’t set off metal detectors.
Yes, permanent jewelry is designed to withstand everyday activities, including showering, swimming, and exercising. However, the longevity of the piece depends on how well it's cared for and the activities it endures.
Permanent jewelry is made from high-quality, hypoallergenic materials like 14k gold, sterling silver, or other durable metals that are safe for continuous wear. The cost can vary depending on the type of jewelry and material chosen.
If the jewelry breaks at the weld spot within 7 days of your appointment we will re-weld at no additional charge. Otherwise, there is a $25 reweld fee. We will not refund or replace any lost chains.
We do not weld permanent jewelry on clients under the age of 12 due to the fact that children are still growing, and there is an increased risk of loss or damage to the jewelry. For clients under 12, we require the purchase of a clasp so the jewelry can be easily taken on and off as needed.
If you prefer not to have your jewelry permanently welded, we offer clasps at an additional charge. This allows you to take your jewelry on and off as you like, giving you flexibility without sacrificing style.
No, you cannot wear permanent jewelry during an MRI or certain medical procedures. We offer a clasp for those who may need to take their jewelry on and off for medical reasons. If you need to take off your jewelry temporarily, we offer a re-welding service for an additional fee.
